The ‘One Arm Bar’ for shoulder integrity! I learned this from Pavel and Jeff Martone. 3 setss of 45 sec each side. Pavel used to tell me he didnt know how it worked but it did. My ortho surgeon friend Dr. David Lee told me simply; it works because the rotator cuff muscles are firing to stabilize that position. The labrum, the way the arm and weight are positioned, is absorbing all that downward load! Forces it to become tough! There you have it. I did it 4 times a week using KBs when I competed.
