Lower Back Protocol


Just stretching my back over the Weck Method Bosu Ball. Back in 09 I had herniated my 3rd and last disc, L4 – L5.  I couldn’t even walk I was in so much pain. I learned very fast on how the lowerback works.  What not to do.  What bit of knowledge I had inspired me to develop Lowerback protocol.
Today I live in zero back pain. I even stretch it like this. Feels invigorating.
